Job Description

The manager is responsible for all aspects of store management, including business strategy and consultant development. At Blinds to Go, we give the manager the same autonomy to make decisions for the store as if he or she were the owner. The manager spends much of their time developing their team and delivering world-class customer service.

Career

Average salary is $80,000 per year. It ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on the manager's experience and skills.

Your responsibilities

Develop talent in line with corporate values

Elaborate a strategy to develop new leaders

Develop in-store strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives

Improve team performance through continuous training

Provide constructive criticism of sales targets and performance indicators.

Manage schedules to meet store needs (personnel management)

Know and understand the company's vision and be able to inspire the team.
